We offer private, semi private and small group classes in studio as well as in home services. Our studio is dedicated to form and function so that each movement is provides strength building with a counter movement to maintain flexibility. We specialize in rehabilitaion and have been trained by both physical therapists and Pilates instructors. Instructors are internationally certified through Pilates Method Alliance.
